To protect the equipment and the quality of the final deliverables, access is subject to availability, operator experience, approved use, and clear responsibility terms.

Required before equipment release. Deposit is returned after inspection, less any missing parts, damage, or approved charges.
Borrower is responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage, loss, theft, or missing accessories.
Realsee credits, hosting, processing, downloads, and account-related fees are billed separately if needed.
The equipment may not be loaned, rented, transferred, or operated by an unapproved third party.
Scanning support, troubleshooting, training, processing, and delivery assistance are available as separate services.
Equipment use is subject to availability, project type, operator experience, and signed rental terms.
